No. The stack is just a zone, like the battlefield or your graveyard.

if u meen if you can destroy creatures while on the stack, then you cant because they are not permanents, but you can counter them before they leave the stack like with counterspell

The closest you can get to "destroying the stack" is with Mindbreak Trap which lets you exile all the spells from the stack
