Thats good to see this thread. Better you can read the Book " Hot wheels 40years".

This book is realy awesome.it's filled with Good photographs and a history of the toy that many didn't want to produce.But Elliot Handler of Mattel prevailed and now forty years later, author Angelo Van Bogart chronicles the road traveled by Hot Wheels.
