That would depend if you mean Shamanism or Scam.

To give you an accurate scope, you'll need to post specifically what you would like to know about.

For my knowledge of the Occult, I cannot think of too much of anything between Wicca, Paganism, Spiritualism or Ritual Magick that would break any laws. Some the old stuff that a kid may read in the Key of Solomon or such would definitely conflict with the law.

So in short as long as your not scamming and not causing harm then most likely not, Just be prepared to catch flack depending on where you live.

Also I would take great caution with giving, prescribing or suggesting Herbs to others.
