Mr. Backlot owns a mansion in Route 212.
You can do find here MANAPHY to complete your sinnoh pokedex. In the room of backlot read the book which is on the table and reply with yes. Manaphy would be added to your pokedex.
Go inside the mansion and talk to Mr. Backlot within the room on the east side of the mansion. If you have the National Dex, he will tell you about how he has seen a Pokémon(random) in his garden(you should say YES if he ask something). His butler will say it doesn't exist in the garden and will then exit. Mr. Backlot insists he's seen it and then you regain control.
You can then continue to the garden, it will now have that rare pokemon with all those regular pokemons present in trophy garden. However, the Pokémon within the garden change depending on which one Mr. Backlot says.
