Here we have an early 1900s Johnston Razor Strop, strop is in excellent
condition and was never misused. The stitching is intact with no damage. The
lettering on the strop is also in excellent condition and can be read easily.
This strops metal hanger has a small bit of surface oxidation which I have
left for the new buyer to clean. The strop on one side reads "The Johnston
strop, Johnston Strop company Chicago Ill. No.1." The opposite side reads
"Strop lightly 4 to 6 short strokes."
