    whats the best way to disclose to potential employer that i was fired from last job without hurting chances for new job

    I think pretending to be a fresher is the best to hide that you were fired from you last job.

    Be prepared with what you are going to say about being fired, why, and what you have learned from the experience.

    Don't diss the previous employer or suggest you might sue them....

    And be sure to find both professional and personal references willing to say you're a valuable hire.

    I think you can honestly tell, but find the other reason,like your company moved or other reasonable things.
