    Default what do you capitalize in the greeting of a letter

    In a greeting of a letter (paper) what words are you supposed to capitalize?

    According to this site:

    Capital Letters in Letters; Capitalizing; Letters

    you capitalize the first word and all nouns in the salutation, and you also cap the first word in the complimentary closing.
