    Default how to return big screen tv best buy

    I bought a big screen tv from best buy and I want to return it and exchange it with one of a different size, how do I get it back to best buy? I had it delivered to my home originally and I have no way of getting it back to best buy on my own

    Well, first of all, if you don't have the receipt and/or the original box, there is no chance of returning it.

    I have the receipt and original box, my problem is how do I get it back to best buy my car is too small for the TV to fit anyway I cant carry it on my own

    Try calling best buy customer support maybe they can arrange a pick-up of the TV just like they did a delivery. Although I am assuming they will charge you for this.
