I've lost my user account password to acer laptop with no reset disk what do i do?

Ok try this

Boot up your computer, once you at the Log On Screen press
" Ctrl+Alt+Delete " twice in a row. When you do this a Gray Login Box should appear. Type in the name " Administrator " without a password. and click OK.


You should now be logging in under the Primary Administrator Account.
Once your inside simply go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts> and Change your Password.
