How do I turn on auto login on windows xp pro?

Start > Run (or Ctrl+Alt+Delete, File > New Task/Run) type in control userpasswords2 into the run box and click Ok.

Right Click the Administrator Account to Highlight, the Un-Check the box at the top "Users must enter a Username and Password to use this Computer"

Click OK, and you will receive a prompt Stating that you must enter the user name or password of at least 1 account to bypass the Welcome Screen. If you don't have a password then click OK and restart the PC.
