    I use CCS64 CCS64 - A Commodore 64 Emulator - By Per Håkan Sundell but you have to pay a small registration fee to get the full version.

    A good free one is VICE The VICE Emulator

    I would recommend VICE as well, it is actually the emulator we are using at our Academy BASIC to teach the Commodore 64 BASIC programming language
