Default The Eternal Dagger (SSI) - different versions?

I watched this auction on Ebay. As you can see, the Disk-Label is white. I do own a copy of this game with brown Disk-Label.
Can anybody tell me something about these labels? Any information is appreciated

Interesting... Could it be that the white label is the European Release version and the Brown label is the US Release?

Could be; Did you win that item to check it out? Or maybe you can send seller question asking about it

I contacted the seller, but he wasn't able to provide any information, sadly.

My copy shows the version number 1.0 on the screen. Maybe there are other version numbers out there?

Another thing I notice is that the Commodore 64 sticker on the box is different. The one pictured in the Ebay auction has an orange, rectangular sticker. But if you look at a box here in Mobygames, you see that it has a circular, brown sticker

    Guess who contributed that cover

You are right! I didn't notice that detail before.

I think I've also seen copies of the same game but with different column stickers.

I'm wondering what is the significance.
