Sure, get yourself an emulator (WinVice or CCS64), download your favourite games (Gamebase64)
and have fun .......

Even better, get yourself a real C64 instead of using an Emulator, it's just not the same

Well, I guess that's a matter of personal taste, as both are quite good. I'd suggest to try them both.
