You can can get a C64 to Svideo or RCA on ebay:
    Commodore S-video cable,c64,128,Monitor,A/V,64,video - eBay (item 260341595346 end time Apr-03-09 13:28:23 PDT)

There are many different sellers for that type of item, so you may want to shop around.

Alternately you can get a C64 RF to Coax. This is the cheapest route.
Direct RCA to RF TV Connection for Commodore 64 - C64 - eBay (item 390029006410 end time Apr-05-09 22:16:52 PDT)

For those in Europe, the is such thing as a C64 to SCART
    Commodore 64 C-64 C64 S-Video SCART lead TV cable - eBay (item 200312169720 end time Mar-21-09 13:40:39 PDT)

You can also buy a monitor I think Monitors for the C64 can be found on ebay and are not expensive (though could be lot of shipping charges since it is heavy)
