I am doing Academy BASIC 104 module and am stuck in the first part of the interactive program. It asks for my name and it keeps telling me to redo from start. I typed in the program exactly as it appeared in the course

20 INPUT AS

You have AS instead of A$. The second character should be a dollar sign, not the letter 'S'.
The Dollar sign is used to tell the computer that the variable will store string data (such as a word or a sentece). Omit the Dollar sign if you are planning on storing a number in that variable (if you are not certain what you will store, use the dollar sign)
Since S and $ might look similar to some, I will add a clarification in the module that line 20 has a dollar sign and not the letter 'S'
