Original 1971 Beat the Border board game

I listed this item on price check and have no responses as of yet. I also have done extensive research and there is simply nothing I can go off of to find out it's worth. It's truly one of a kind. My father bought it back in the early 70's and maybe played it a couple times still has all the original pieces and kept it together this whole time. Does anyone know of this game and maybe where I could find it's true value? Thank you!

The last time I saw one listed was on Ebay. I think it ended up going for around $80. That was about a year ago I think.
