Nice collection,
Atari Jaguar isnt that great gamewise but still a cool system and easy to get so you might as well :)
I dont think you can upload pics to the museum but you can create albums its an option under the community menu

ROFL well be careful it can get quite addictive.
11 systems and 400 games is a pretty good collection, not shabby at all.
do you use any particular method in your collecting?

Actually its probably around 550, but I never actually counted. Yes (write this down kiddies!:p) A. Go to thrift stores, they have no idea what the value of thier stuff is. B. Buy lots (as in "lot of 12 GBA games TURBO RARE!1!1!1!1!") of games off Ebay. You will get a better deal and grow your collection a lot faster.

Re: personal collection, video game systems
thats some really good advice on how to build your collection. only thing i would add is when you start getting too many multiples of something, sell them, which will help you recover money you have spent. note that a lot of times, if you buy games or sysytems in lots, you can pick out what you want and sell the rest and come out ahead.

Re: personal collection, video game systems
well part of my collection will be gone tomorrow nite. put the nes section up on ebay and it will have a winner for it :(
another section, my snes collection is up now and has a bidding war going on it will be gone next saturday. god i hate doing this :(
but if you want to see some rare games check it out, it has some good ones in it:D
geez guess i'm gonna have to take back those braggin rights
-
Re: personal collection, video game systems
ok gonna keep the braggin rights. was setting here looking at stuff as i sort it out into categories and realized i have one item that is extremely rare. i have only seen one other one ever listed on ebay and that was a few years back. its just that i am so use to seeing it that i forgot :p
so WHAT is it you sit there pondering while i ramble on?????
mid 1980's television with a built in nintendo nes system. these were made for hotels and were put in the rooms and games were able to be rented by the hotel guests. i will try to get some pictures of it later today and post them to the museum:)

Re: personal collection, video game systems
Sounds cool, that just gave me an idea. Somone should take a TV and put nearly every game system in it. Call it the Super System!:D I'd Buy It.

Re: personal collection, video game systems
pictures of the factory NES tv have been added to my album.i also give permission to rarity guide to add those to the museum if they so desire

Re: personal collection, video game systems
How much is that thing worth?
-
Re: personal collection, video game systems
good question. but no idea as to what market value it would bring, but i bet it's not in the same range as the championship game
-
Re: personal collection, video game systems
I bet its worth is in the thousands still, I've never even heard of it!
