Red has a wide array of creatures which seems as a very fun color to play in M12 limited. Red deals damage Ė quick and powerfully. If you want to be aggressive this is definitely the color for you. Here for you some important and top sale red cards in magic 2012 M12 core set.

Chandra the Firebrand 3R
Type: Planeswalker - Chandra
P/T: 3
Rarity: Mythic Rare
Rules Text:
1: Chandra, the Firebrand deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
-2: When you cast you next instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
-6: Chandra, the Firebrand deals 6 damage to each of up to six target creatures and/or players.

Chandra the Firebrand is cheaper, easier to cast, and yet her abilities are better than other Chandras. She is the first extremely splashable red planeswalker and the first ever to have a single colored mana cost which should be the major difference from other cards. Firebrand only needs 3 colorless and one red. Her +1 ability can deals 1 damage to target player or creature. And her -2 ability is essentially a Twincast, where you can copy your next instant or sorcery.

Grim Lavamancer R
Type: Creature - Human Wizard
P/T: 1/1
Rarity: Rare
Rules Text:
{R}, {T}, Exile two cards from your graveyard: Grim Lavamancer deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

As useful as it is Constructed, Grim Lavamancer will be even more powerful in Limited. Itís a fragile creature at 1/1, but for a 1-drop, his effect is pretty good. It costs just one red mana and exiling two cards from your graveyard.

Chandra's Phoenix 1RR
Type: Creature - Phoenix
P/T: 2/2
Rarity: Rare
Rules Text:
Haste (This creature can attack and {T} as soon as it comes under your control.)
Whenever an opponent is dealt damage by a red instant or sorcery spell you control or by a red planeswalker you control, return Chandra's Phoenix from your graveyard to your hand.

It is never too bad to play with 3 mana for a 2/2 flyer with haste. This card is going to be returning to your hand a lot. A 2/2 flier with haste is pretty solid. And it will come back to your hand whenever you deal damage to your opponent with a red sorcery spell or a red planeswalkerís effect. Until then, itís a nice card that most Red Deck Wins players donít run only because they just have better ammunition available to them currently in Standard.

Inferno Titan 4RR
Type: Creature - Giant
P/T: 6/6
Rules Text:
{R:} Inferno Titan gets 1/ 0 until end of turn.
Whenever Inferno Titan enters the battlefield or attacks, it deals 3 damage divided as you choose among one, two, or three target creatures and/or players.

Inferno Titan is an extremely powerful card. This card can pretty much finish the game in mono-red decks, and plenty of decks, including Splinter Twin have utilized him quite effectively. Inferno Titan will be a very valuable card to have in your deck and your collection.

Furyborn Hellkite 4RRR
Type: Creature - Dragon
P/T: 6/6
Rarity: Mythic
Rules Text:
Bloodthirst 6 (If an opponent was dealt damage this turn, this creature enters the battlefield with six 1/ 1 counters on it.)

Maybe seven mana is a bit high, but if for a 6/6 flier in itself isnít too bad. You have a 12/12 flyer absolutely ready to pounce while Chandra just pokes your opponent for one damage. It is certainly a card that casual and Commander Players will greatly enjoy.
