Active Objective - Destroy the two wolf packs
1/2 destroyed

after destroying the first wolf pack, there  is one more left. Keep heading south. Collect resources along the way.

"You've just found Ore, one of the 4 resources you can collect"

Wood, Crystal, Ore and Gold are the 4 collectable resources that will enable you to purchase more creatures as well as build new structures in your towns and purchase various items.

Keep going south, and you will run across an artifact

"There is an artifact in front of your hero"

Artifacts can be equipped and used by your heroes. They increase certain attributes of the heroes and their armies and sometimes they grant additional bonuses.

Double-click on this artifact to pick it up by your Hero.

Pick up the artifact. I found a Four Leaf Clover (Major Artifact) that increases your hero's destiny by 4.

"The Four Leaf Clover has been added to your Hero's Inventory."

The inventory is located in the Hero window. You can open the Hero Window by double clicking on the portrait of your Hero at the bottom of your screen.

When you open the Hero window, you will be presented with several sections.

The top left corner of the Hero window is the Hero information panel, where the experience bar and the attributes of your hero can be seen. You can get more info on each attribute by moving the cursor above it. Note that the Hero's attributes modify the attributes of the creatures in the Hero's army.

The top right section is the Army of your Hero.

The Bottom left section is the inventory of your Hero. All items that are currently unused by your hero are stored here. You can move items between the inventory and the heroes' item slots by drag & drop.

The artifact you just picked up is automatically equipped by your Hero. As long as they are equipped, artifacts grant certain bonuses. Move your cursor above the icon of the artifact to get more info on it.

During your adventures, you will find numerous different buildings on the adventure map. Some increase certain attributes of your heroes or creatures, others provide you with other bonuses.

This building on the left is a Weaponsmith. Double left-click on it to visit it with your hero.

You just visited the Weaponsmith. The Might Attack of your Hero has been incrased by +1 permanently.

Near it you should find a treasure chest. You can keep the gold, or spend it in private lessons and grimoires to gain experience.

Choose between the 1000 XP or the 1500 gold pieces. I recommend choosing the experience points at this stage.

Around this time you should be running out of movement points. Click on the hourglass to end the turn.
