Pokemon Black White Walkthrough Part 37 - Route 8
Recommended Moves: Surf, Strength
Having dealt with everything, head back to Icirrus City and head North onto Route 8. Here you will find shallow water where you will encounter Pokemon, a number of trainers and a smaller sub-area attached to it. Enter and head to the left, following the path you find in front of you. You will encounter Pokemon Ranger Lewis with his Cubchoo lvl. 34, Palpitoad lvl. 34 and Maracatus lvl. 34. He will reward your victory with a Pecha Berry. Keep heading up from him to find an item ball with a Poison Barb inside. Now go to the right. Stay in the shallow water, hanging on the north edge to get to the next item ball with TM 36, Sludge Bomb, inside. Now, surf to the right across the deeper water.
Just on the other side of this area you will find Parasol Lady Melita with her team of Frillish lvl. 34 and Ducklett lvl. 34 on the opposite bank. Not too far past her is another item ball with a Full Heal inside. Keep to this upper area to find Pokemon Ranger Annie with her Cinccino lvl. 36. She will reward your victory with a Pecha Berry. Go farther to the right to find the entrance into the subarea, Moor of Icirrus, and an item ball with an Ultra Ball inside. Head back to the left and go below the Parasol Lady.
Heading to the right you will find Fisherman Bruce in the shallows, doing what he does best. Talk to him and he will challenge you with a pair of Basculin lvl. 34. Not too far past him and you will find Parasol Lady Lumi with her Alomomola lvl. 35. Just head to the right of her to make your way into the Tubetunnel bridge toward Opelucid City. If possible, patch up your Pokemon as best possible (or run into Icirrus City for a quick healing at the Pokemon Center). As you approach the entrance Bianca will run up and challenge you to a fight. While she might not be the hardest trainer, this is still at the tail end of covering possibly two areas.
Bianca Battle:
If you Chose Snivy:
Stoutland lvl. 38
Musharna lvl. 38
Simisear lvl. 38
Samurott lvl. 410
If you Chose Oshawott:
Stoutland lvl. 38
Musharna lvl. 38
Simisage lvl. 38
Emboar lvl. 40
If you Chose Tepig:
Stoutland lvl. 38
Musharna lvl. 38
Simipour lvl. 38
Serperior lvl. 40
This is not the hardest fight but a lucky shot can always change that. After you beat her, talk to the Parasol Lady above the sign near the exit to the Tubeline Bridge. She will give you one of three hold item stones depending on the time of day:
Morning - Damp Rock
Afternoon - Heat Rock
Twilight - Smooth Rock
Night - Icy Rock
