Pokemon Black White Walkthrough Part 29 – Route 7

This route has an interesting pass just as you come in. There is a thin, raised, wooden walkway. You can move along it as long as you keep moving. You can pause briefly and your character will balance, but they will fall after a short while. This cuts around the first few trainers and that large cluster of tall grass. But that is not as fun to taking down all the trainers and collecting all the items.

Head to the left when you enter the route, going up the stairs. Follow the path along to find two people. Talk to the first one to receive TM 57, Charge Beam. This Electric-type move has a lower accuracy rate, but when it hits, it has a high chance of increasing the user's Special Attack. Keep going to the left to find Backpacker Terrance. He will challenge you with his Simisear lvl. 31. Keep along this path and you will find a house near the stairs leading down. Inside, talk with the Hiker and  he will offer to trade you his Emolga for a Boldore. If you caught one or two of those inside the Chargestone Cave, feel free to do so.

If you head into the Tall Grass below the house, you can find a few more trainers and an item ball. The trainer closest to the house is to the right of it. This is Youngster Parker with his team of Palpitoad lvl. 29, Scolipede lvl. 29 and Shelmet lvl. 29.You can just see his cap through the Tall Grass. Walk up and talk to him to start the battle. To the right of him you will find an item ball with an Ultra Ball inside it. Just below it is another trainer, Youngster Mikey with his Dwebble lvl. 30 and Simisage lvl. 30.

Head back to the house and then go straight to the right. You can either cut through the Tall Grass or over it using the thin, raised walkway. On the other side, You will encounter Ace Trainer Elmer who challenges you a 3 on 3 battle with his Liepard, Swoobat and Watchdog all lvl. 32.

Head up from Ace Trainer Elmer and you have a choice. If you take the walkway you see in front of you to the right, you will find your way to a house where you can heal your Pokemon and can explore the rest of Route 7. Inside the house, talk with the person in front of the TV. If you go straight, you will find your way to the Celestial Tower.

Going straight leads right to Backpacker Ruth. She will challenge you with her Minccino lvl. 31. From there, go into the grass on the left. In a clearing not too far from you is an item ball with a PP Up inside it. Close to the clearing is Pokemon Ranger Mary who will fight you with her Swadloon lvl. 30, Simipour lvl. 30 and Tranquill lvl. 30. She will award you with an Aspear Berry. Head back onto the dirt path and go up a little. You will find another Pokemon Rnager waiting for you. This is Pedro with his Solosis lvl. 31 and Axew lvl. 31. Head behind Pedro to find an item ball with a Max Ether inside it. From there, just follow the dirt path to reach the Celestial Tower.

On the rest of Route 7, going to the right, you will find the house to rest your Pokemon mentioned earlier. As you climb the stairs, your X-ciever will ring with a call from your Mom. She is just reminding you to take good care of your Pokemon. Not too far from you, you will see a lowered area with lots of Tall Grass with a raised walkway above it. If you explore this small area, you will see a clown balancing on the raised walk-way. This is Harlequin Pat waiting to challenge you with his team of Emolga lvl. 30 and Sigilyph lvl. 30. You can cut over to him using the walk-way. On the far side of the Tall Grass and the walk-way is an item ball with TM 81, X-Scissor, inside it.

Above that is another large area of Tall Grass. Again, there is a Harlequin balancing around on the raised walkway. This is Ian with his team of  Tynamo lvl. 29, Ducklett lvl. 29 and Tranquill lvl. 29. Keep heading North and you will reach the Twisted Mountains. You cannot really go very far here, so it is time to head for the Celestial Tower.
