Pokemon Black White Walkthrough Part 11 – Nacrene City

Welcome to the next beautiful town, Nacrene City . Once you reach here from Route 3, you will meet Cheren again and he will offer you through the City. First he shows you the Pokemon Center, essential if you have not been running back to the Preschool on Route 3 to heal your party from battling. After that, he gives you 3 Chesto Berries. These Berries, when held by Pokemon in battle they will eat and awaken from sleep. He also gives you a warning that the Gym Leader here uses Normal-Type Pokemon. Tackling that type of Pokemon requires something you not seen much of, a fighting type.

After you visit the Pokemon Center, you might want to visit the house with the open door, two down from the center. Head up to the upper level of this house. There, by the bed, is a person who will offer to trade you something depending on your version. If White, she will offer a Petilil and receive a Cottonee. If Black, she will offer a Petilil in exchange for a Cottonee. Either of these Pokemon can be found either in the Pinwheel Forest or the Lostlorn Forest. This place is right next to Nacrene City , so you can easily get there, just you need to wait until most things have been settled in-town.

Head to the left of the Pokemon Center now. You can find a large shop inside the first building. The person on the left offers all the battle items: X-Attack, X-Speed, X-Defense, X-Accuracy, X-Special, X-Sp. Def, Guard Spec. and Dire Hit.

In the next house on the left, you can find a few items. If you talk to the Blue-haired girl by the door, she will give you something depending on your answer: if Snivy, she gives you a Miracle Seed, if Tepig, Charcoal and if Oshawott, Mystic Water. All of these items boost the Pokemon's STAB move's power while they are held.

Head into the house above the Store. This is the local Cafe. On Wednesday, talk with the Waitress by the door to receive a free Soda Pop. It will heal up the Pokemon who drinks it. Inside the Cafe you can find out some information about the Battle Box and using the Wi-Fi to battle people. Just outside the Cafe on the patio by it is another musician. He will add accordian to your musical track, so feel free to speak to him to add a bit more diversity to your background music.

From there, head out and go to the left. Talk to the first person in this direction and they will give you TM 94, Rock Smash. This will prove useful! From there, the second person down the line will offer some advice for navigating the Pinwheel forest while the last one before its entrance challenges you to a battle. This is Nurse Shery with her Munna lvl. 15. She will do you a favor and heal your Pokemon after your battle with her. Just behind her is an opening in the fencing, follow the narrow path on the inside between the fence and trees. You will find an item ball with an Ether inside it. At this point, you will want to take a quick turn about and head back into Nacerce to for the Gym battle, as there is still one more fight before you can get in.

Head for the entrance of the Gym, just as you go in, N will emerge. He asks if you can see the ideal of trainers for Pokemon inside their Pokeballs. He will ask if you feel the same. Answer however you want. After that, he will test your convictions with a Pokemon Battle.

Pidove lvl. 13 – Quick Attack, Growl, Leer, Gust
Tympole lvl. 13 – Super Sonic, Bubblebeam, Round, Bubble
Timburr lvl. 13 – Pound, Focus Energy, Bide, Low Kick

Beat N and he will see his friends, his Pokemon are not quite strong enough yet to help others. He will see that he might not be able to solve the equation to shape the world as he wishes, so he will aim for the power to do so. With that he departs, commenting that the power he needs resides in some mysterious Pokemon. With that, you can enter the Gym and take on the Leader of this Town.
