Pokemon Black White Walkthrough Part 9 – Dream Yard (Second Visit) and Getting the C-Gear

When you exit the Gym, you will find Fennel waiting for you. She will greet you and ask you to follow her. She will lead you to her house, the nearest set of stairs below the Gym. She tells you that Juniper, her old college friend, had asked her to help you and your friends. To this end, she will give you HM 01 Cut. She will then ask a small favor in return. She wants you to head to the Dream Yard and find a Munna who you can collect some Dream Mist.

Before you leave this room though you should take a moment and talk to the woman on the left side of the room. She will ask if you know how to use the Battle Box. Regardless, take some time and talk with her. This woman is the one who designed the new PC interface for this game! Her name will now replace Someone's PC when you log onto the computer to store your Pokemon. Take a moment and teach one of your Pokemon the move Cut. This will be essential to make forward progress. If your Pokemon have really felt the recent battles, take a moment to visit the Pokemon Center and patch up your team.

Now, head over to the Dream Yard to your right. Head over to the small tree and cut it down. Once you do Bianca will show up. She will encourage you to explore the openings beyond the walls that are around you.

Through the second wall opening you will find a strange, floating pink Pokemon. When you and Bianca approach it, it will back away. Just after that though two members of Team Plasma show up. They claim that they want the Dream Mist so they can manipulate people's dreams and have them release their Pokemon. Because of this goal, they feel that they can do whatever they need to for their goals. One of them goes and kicks the Munna! They feel their goal gives them the right! Bianca protest against their treatment. At this point they decide that they will take your Pokemon so you will leave them alone. The first Grunt will challenge you. He sends out a lvl. 10 Patrat. Nothing too hard after the Gym Battle. Just after, the second Grunt will challenge you. She sends out two Purrloin lvl. 10.

After the battles, the first Grunt will kick the Munna again, trying to get it to leave some Dream Mist. This time though, something will happen. Ghetsis will appear, their leader. They make it clear that Ghetsis in this mood metes out punishment for failing missions. Ghetsis puts on quite a show and causes the Grunts to run. From there, a second Pokemon will appear, an unknown. Just after that, Fennel will appear again and identify this mysterious Pokemon as Musharna. It talks with the Munna then takes it as it leaves. There is now an item ball sitting where the Munna was. Fennel asks about what happened and Bianca stumbles through explaining the events. Fennel seems to understand. She then goes over and looks at what the item is that was left behind. She gets excited, finding Dream Mist inside. After she is done being excited, she will ask you to head over to her place again later.

With that, Bianca will tell you that she wants to just poke around for more Pokemon. Time for you to take some time to explore, catch more Pokemon and level up your team. If you go to the right, behind the stairs that you, you can find an item ball with Parlyz Heal in a moderately concealed location by the hole in the wall below the stairs. Head up the stairs and go to the right to find an item ball with a Repel inside. After that, heading to the left you can find a Potion on this upper level. After that, head back down to the ground level and go to the left, into the grass behind the wall behind Bianca. There you will find an Item Ball with a Pokeball inside it.

Now it is time to head back to Fennel's and collect whatever it was that she wanted to work on. Head there now. Remember, she leaves in the first building below the Gym. Head into the building and go up the stairs as Fennel showed you. Talk with her and she will give you the C-Gear. Amanita will come over and give you the Pal-Pad. This lets you register your friends and makes it so you can communicate with them over the Wi-Fi. Take this point, your ability to trade between copies of Black and White has been enabled as well.

After that, head over to the Pokemon Center so you can heal up after the fights. Now, go all the way to the left and past the old man who is above the fountain. This will lead you out to Route 3.
