Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Walkthrough Part 67 – Sequence 11 “To Suffer Without Dying”

Optional Objectives:
Sabotage 3 alarm bells
Visit 2 old friends

While in the cage, you have the option to rattle it. You can if you want or just watch what happens and let it unfold from there. Head for the trees close by and use them to  quickly get above the ground. Run to the tree just before the wall. Look down and watch the patrolling Soldier . He will be moving past a hay cart to an alarm bell. Wait for his back to be to the hay cart and jump in. When he passes by next, assassinate him. Now, use Eagle Vision to mark the Captain and the 2 Soldiers that are to the South. The Captain and 1 Soldier patrol while the other is stationary. Wait for them to turn their backs then emerge from the hay cart to sabotage the alarm bell. Quickly duck into the Stalking Zone after that. If the stationary soldier notices you then duck into the Stalking Zone immediately and deal with him from there. Head to the South when the 2 patrolling enemies are looking away.

Duck into the Stalking Zone on the opposite side of the road. You can either keep against the wall and stay out of the way of the guards or thin their ranks by going for the next Hay Cart. You can assassinate the Soldier standing by it without much difficulty because you just need to time it right. Wait for the 2 patrolling Soldiers in the area to have their backs to him then kill him. After that, you can pick them off one at a time. After the first 2 you will need to move South into the Stalking Zone to reach the third Guard in the area.

Next Edward will want to duck into the nearby well to the South. You need to wait for the patrolling guard to be away from the well. Move in and get inside it after that. Just wait from there for the guard to move away to assassinate the Stationary Soldier in front of the well. Wait a minute for the Soldier to patrol again then head for the nearby crates against the wall. Take up a corner position behind them and then Whistle to lure the patrolling guard in. Now you have a good chance to sabotage this alarm bell. Deal with any soldiers that notice you away from the alarm bell. When you sabotage it you can then head to the Southeast through the Stalking Zones.

The Guards here lend well to a particular pattern. You can also just hit them with Sleep Darts and be done with it before too long. Just be sure to knock them out and loot them. IF you want to go for Stealth without the darts, head over to the Stalking Zone on the left.  Creep up behind the Stationary Guard and assassinate him. After that, wait for the nearby patrolling guard to come close and then lure him in with a whistle and kill him as well. Head back to the Stalking Zone that you came from when the others are not looking. This is where you have some tricky timing. You will want to double assassinate the stationary guards when the remaining Patrolling Guard has his back to you. From there you need to move in and take him out as well. Now just approach the alarm bell and sabotage it to conclude that optional objective. If you draw attention, quickly get into a Stalking Zone. Be sure that the Gunner is looking away as he is surprisingly perceptive.

If you want to complete the second optional objective then the first old friend can be found to the right of the flag. Head over to the corpse in the cage. Edward will say his goodbye to this fellow. Next, go for the nearby scaffolding. Time to get on across the rooftop. Duck into the Stalking Zone that sits on the other side of the wall.
