Finally, Gligar is a fast physical tank whose evolution, Gliscor, is slightly faster and even more durable, with a decent Attack stat and a surprisingly wide movepool.  Additionally, as a Ground/Flying, it is completely immune to both Ground and Electric attacks, and weak only to Ice and Water (though Ice does terrible, terrible things to it).  Its subpar Special Defense and mediocre HP prevent it being truly awe-inspiring defensively, but natural access to Swords Dance and both natural and TM access to a hilariously varied physical attack pool render Gligar one of the more flexible physical attackers out there, as well as very difficult to actually shut down.

You come out on a clifftop over a gorge, where a Pokemon Breeder waits for you.  As with several other Pokemon Breeders, she'll battle you again every time you come through, so make sure you stay ready.

In the RV on the far side of the bridge is a Pokemon Ranger.  She gives you a Favored Mail, since she's dying to give something to somebody.  Across the road from the mobile home you'll find a Ranger looking for a battle instead.

Continue across the bridge and you'll stop to take notice of something atop the cliff- it's Virizion, another of the 'Three Muskedeer' pokemon.  It leaps down to the road and stands in front of you a moment, then gives you the chance to battle it.  As with Cobalion, it will stay here until you catch or defeat it, and if you fail to catch it you can come back again after finishing the main story and it'll be back at a higher level.
