Once you reach the far end of the bridge, head North to run into a guitarist who adds a bass guitar line to the village music.

The garbage can near the guitarist holds a PP up you can salvage.

Head right from the guitarist to run across a couple of basketball players running loops on a half-court.

With that gruesome twosome defeated, head South of the West bridge-end and you'll find some more grass.  A Max Ether, a one-shot item to restore all PP to a single move possessed by a single pokemon, is waiting in one of the small clear spots for you.  Continue East through the grass to find a kid running around enjoying the field and looking for a battle.

Battle: Youngster Karl (672 Poke)
Opponent: Sandslash Lv 42

An Ultra Ball is lying in the grass to the East, and from there you can exit the fence to run around on the West bank of the stream.  The first thing you'll find is a singer standing beside a barrel- with a fire in it at night.  Talk to him, and he'll start singing along with the background music.  Between him and the other three musicians here, you've now assembled the entire score for the village- if you like, you can leave and return anytime, and talk to one or more of the musicians to set the music for this area until you leave it again.
