Moments later, Zinzolin and one of the Plasma G Grunts show up from the West entrance to town.  The Sage grumbles frustratedly as he sees the two of you, annoyed that you've shown up yet again.  He resignedly offers to give some degree of explanation.

Zinzolin declares that he is still with Team Plasma because he wants to see how the world will change.  From his perspective, pokemon are nature and pokeballs are artifice, something that does not mesh properly.  His idea is that people used to civilization will cling to it, which isn't necessarily bad because both nature and civilization are needed.  He is curious though, as if Team Plasma takes over people will be forced to relinquish Poke Balls, which are a product of civilization.

His entire reason is that he wants to know what will happen then, and to enjoy observing it.

Hugh tells him to shut up, insisting that he just wants to recover a stolen pokemon.  Your old friend requests your help in dealing with Zinzolin and his goon.

Battle: Team Plasma Zinzolin and Team Plasma Grunt (9480 Poke)
Opponent (Zinzolin): Cryogonal Lv 42, Sneasel Lv 44
Opponent (Grunt): Golbat Lv 39, Garbodor Lv 39
Ally (Hugh): Starter (Fully Evolved) Lv 43

This is a sadly terrible battle for Serperior, so if that is your starter you should probably pull something else out instead.  Emboar will have a little trouble between damaging Golbat and Garbodor, but that's a very small issue, and Samurott barely even cares.  The combination of Ice, Flying, and Poison potential here is just bad for Grass types.
