The second floor of the tower to contain wild pokemon adds Golbat to the mix, something that gives Crobat lovers joy.  It also includes the radio-headed ‘alien’ Elgyem, a Psychic type with the ability options of Telepathy (unlimiting its ally’s moves during a team battle) or Synchronize (A status applied to Elgyem is copied onto the one who inflicted it, if possible).  Elgyem evolves into Beeheeyem, yet another slow Psychic type.  Unlike Reuniclus or Gothitelle, though, Beeheeyem has only fairly good defenses, dropping most of its stat points into a Special Attack that, while not as impressive as Chandelure’s, gives it quite a kick.  Beeheeyem sadly has a pretty shallow (if powerful) pool of attack moves to use with the stat, though, relying mostly on status effects and stat buffs and debuffs- not the most appropriate moveset given its base capabilities, but still nothing to sneer at.  From here on, Litwick, Elgyem, and Golbat are all the wild pokemon you’ll see in the rest of the tower.

Battle: Pokefan Georgia (2240 Poke)
Opponent: Cubchoo Lv 35
Item: Full Restore

Duck around the tombstone to the left and you’ll be able to pick up a Revive.  This useful item restores a fainted pokemon to consciousness with half of its maximum health points.  This kind of item is especially important in long dungeons or when facing situations like the Elite Four, where you can’t leave to get to a pokemon center either easily or at all, respectively.

Next, get the attention of the Psychic pacing back and forth in the middle of the area.

Battle: Psychic Micki (1152 Poke)
Opponent: Espeon Lv 36

After Micki, you can face the other Psychic- though it is possible to go in between them and possibly face both at once in a two-on-two battle.

Battle: Psychic Bryce (1120 Poke)
Opponent: Elgyem Lv 35, Duosion Lv 35
