To the West a bit further from the trailer, you’ll find a dancer looking for a fight as well.

Battle: Dancer Brian (800 Poke)
Opponent: Scraggy Lv 25

Go West again and you’ll find an Ace Trainer facing off with a biker.  The Ace Trainer asks you to beat ‘Charles’, who is the guy on the hawg.  He says he’s mastered Rotation Battle to catch the eye of a girl he likes, and he’ll tell you what the battle style requires.  Then, he requests such a battle.  Since you can’t get by until you oblige him, agree.

Battle: Motorcyclist Charles (832 Poke)
Opponent: Sigiliph Lv 26, Tirtouga Lv 26, Archen Lv 26

Rotation battling is like a three-on-three, though each team only one pokemon can attack and that same pokemon is the one that will get hit by incoming attacks.  The quirk here is that each turn you can choose to rotate your group of three clockwise or counter-clockwise, letting you play some interesting weakness/resistance/prediction games.  Fortunately, while Charles is good at them, you're probably better and definitely have more pokemon to call on.

Charles compliments you on your battling, though he’s disappointed in himself, and finally drives off.  The crowd disperses at this point, leaving the road empty and unblocked.

South of you are a pair of challengers- but take a quick detour around the South fence to grab a spare Hyper Potion you can see in the grass behind them.  Then return to face the duo.

Battle: Backers Ava & Aya (1152 Poke)
Ava: Minccino Lv 24
Aya: Minccino Lv 24
