Bioshock Infinite Walkthrough Part 62: Flight Of The Songbird (Hand Of The Prophet: Engineering)

Head on through the door. As you approach the first set of stairs look to the left to find another Large Phial of Salt. Grab it if needed but otherwise just continue on upwards. Once you get into the first of the 2 rooms of this deck, look over to the right. You will find a second of 2 different weapons: Carbines and the Volley Gun. Grab what you can from there and head on up to the right. Look below and find the Tear with the Gun Automaton. It will start firing almost immediately as it locates the Founders that are just above you. This helps immensely just thinning them out a little.

The battle here is nothing too bad until the Handyman comes in. Use the Sky-Lines briefly around him as he can electrocute them. Even with limited use they go a long way to get some distance between you and the Handyman. Use this distance to safely fire on him without much fear of him getting back at you immediately. This can also be used to lure the Handyman over to either of the Automatons that you can summon through the Tears. Take your time to deal with him.

When the Handyman goes down there more Founders will come into the room in its far end. You can use Bucking Bronco or Murder of Crows to distract them and get some easy kills. Now head on up the stairs in the back of the room. You will find the remaining founders but also their aid: 2 Rocket Automatons.

As you enter the second part of the Engineering Deck, quickly possess one of the 2 Automatons. This will cut down on the damage coming at you and redirect it back on their own forces. This goes a long way to stop Booker from getting killed or being close to it. Otherwise it is a much harder fight as you need to duck in and out of cover a lot more.

Once the Founders have been cut through then head on up the stairs to the very back of this area. You will find a Sky-Line that will lead directly up to the next deck: The Command Deck. Take a little time to search for what you can then do so. Ride the Sky-line until you find a deck you can land on. From there just head inside. The distance between you and Comstock is very narrow now.
