After that, you have the main, seaside street of Castelia City, Oceanfront Road.  On the far right is the entrance between Castelia and the Skyarrow Bridge.  This building also contains a few people.  The woman just inside the door will hand you a Quick Claw in a rush, for no actually explained reason.  Another clown lurks here, but he just wants to tell you how many other harlequins you’ve visited so far.  Unfortunately for you, the Skyarrow Bridge is under inspection at the moment and it looks like it’ll take a while, so the Pinwheel Forest and other such areas are off-limits to you for now.

Between that and the next street are a few people, but they’re mostly just meandering around to chat.  Past Castelia Street is the Pokemon Center, where you can find the usual suspects... and, if you’ve Linked to an old save from Pokemon Black or White, a guy to the left of the PC who notices you especially.  He’ll flash back to a view of N releasing some of his pokemon, and a discussion between the green-haired young man and a Team Plasma grunt.

The conversation he has with the grunt about releasing his pokemon is pretty philosophical and a bit touching.  It raises some interesting questions- what were the interactions between people and pokemon before the use of Poke Balls?  What was N expecting to actually change when he reached the Legendary Pokemon and became the Hero?

The ‘prince’ of Team Plasma wonders why the pokemon he released seemed sad to go, and then wonders about the trainer from Pokemon Black or White.  He considers the feelings of that trainer’s pokemon in Accumula Town, and if maybe it’s that that trainer was different.  Reminiscing about his past growing up and the difference between the hurt, abused pokemon and the ones happy with their trainers, he resolves to finish the fight with the trainer who caught his attention.

As the flashback ends, the man you spoke to apologizes for randomly reminiscing like that.

Additionally, in front of the Pokemon Center counter is a girl, who apologizes for standing in your way.  She asks if you know ‘Geonet’, the globe system spread through all Pokemon Centers that lets you mark your location on the globe upstairs.

From there to Mode Street, there are just a few people lurking around to chat.
