These apples are Paw'don, so paw'don me if I wash them to get the fur off.

...and bump off a few Peons on my way through, too.

You’re going to want to head North, so that instead of returning to the drop point you find yourself passing Sully, who’s now piloting a refurbished shredder suit, and crossing a couple of bridges to an area full of pink cherry-blossom trees.  You’ll notice a number of peons hacking away at the trees’ roots- go ahead and get rid of a few if you really want, but they’re not significant to you right now.

The road forks to the right and the left- the right-hand fork is the one you want, leading to Paw’don Village.  The first area here that you find contains several useful trainers, and the inn.  There is a bridge to the right that leads across a large gorge, and a stairway leading up to a higher level- it is the stairs you want.  Upon the higher level, you can find not only the local flightmaster, granting you your first Pandaria flight point, but also the Mayor, Sunke Khang, and Taran Zhu.  Each of these two has the end of a quest for you.

Taran Zhu compliments you on your sense of responsibility for killing off the Sha, who apparently represent the negative emotions people have.  Left alone, it seems they can take over the mind of a person as though they were their own discrete entities, much like started to happen to Rell.  Talking to him prompts a bit of a lecture.

Taran tells you that the land will respond directly to what you feel and think, and that bringing war will have consequences.  He doesn’t know what the end result will be, he says, but this isn’t really a failing of his own- nobody actually properly understands what’s going on and that unfortunately includes him.  This also prompts Rell to arrive, though all he has to say for now is that making a good impression is vital to gaining an understanding of how Pandaria works.  He seems to be of the somewhat mistaken belief that the pandaren either have a close understanding or an actual control of the strange things that happen on their home continent.

This leaves the mayor to talk to.  Sunke says that the coming of the mists gave warning that visitors would soon arrive- but none of the locals were expecting events to play out as they have.  He goes on to explain that to the West, the Horde is chopping down the village’s orchard- the source of its livelihood.  With that gone, there will be nothing left for the villagers- so he wants you to protect the grove by the only means that seems likely to work: killing off the Horde workers who seek to clearcut it.  This task, Pillaging Peons, is to slay 12 of the Twinspire orcs nearby- taskmasters or peons, it doesn’t matter.
