First off, Jojo explains that when the ship crashed, vile things came up from the ocean waters to comb the wreckage- what for he doesn’t know, but that’s not the point. These creatures are attacking the former crew of the Skyseeker, and they need every bit of help they can get to survive and endure the mishap that left them on the shell of the great turtle. To that end, he requests that you slay 8 of the Deepscale Tormentors that can be found around the wreckage. While this is the sort of quest you’ve come to expect more from Ji, it certainly isn’t a bad idea by any means, and can easily be accomplished alongside the quests Delora gives you- which are the real time-consumers here.
Delora explains that because of the many wounded present, the Alliance forces are in dire need of medical supplies to use. Unfortunately, while the Skyseeker held such medical supplies, those supplies are now scattered around the wreckage and need recovering before they can be used for anything. It’s only by sheer luck that they don’t need replacing instead of scavenging, given the state of the ship’s remnants. As Delora’s troops are occupied keeping the murlizards away from the wounded, she requests quite politely that you bring back 8 crates of medcal supplies to complement the 8 deepscale corpses you’ll be creating. This sounds like quite a juggling act, but the crates thankfully don’t take up any space in your inventory, so don’t worry about running out of space to carry the things.
Finally she mentions that Aysa has been going well out of her way to do whatever is needed to help the Skyseeker’s crew, for which she is eternally grateful. However, there’s so much to do that there simply aren’t enough people to get everything done. There are fires to put out, people to rescue, mutant murloc-lizard-things to kill and, incidentally, prisoners to keep a handle on. Fortunately you aren’t being requested to do something about the prisoners; it’s up in the air whether she has any idea how you’ve helped the Horde members who escaped the wrecked airship, but at least you’re not being requested to do anything counter to your prior actions in their favor.
With everything in the world to do, she simply wants some more help- help getting her crew out of the wreck before the whole thing comes down on their heads. If you’re willing to go so far as to rescue three of her injured sailors, she’s offering a brand new vest in exchange for the work. You could always use a new shirt and just leaving the people to die isn’t really in the general Pandaren moral fibre, so you’re going to go ahead and do it. Really, you need to regardless, in order to advance the storyline and leave the turtle at all, but chances are you intended to do it anyways.
