The Location of Cashel for the Mad King's Shadow

Head out to the Ascalon Settlement in Gendarran Fields. From the Waypoint, head out to the East. You will notice there is a slope heading upwards to the North here. Follow it up to close to the top of the slope. The #4 scan, Corporeal, will trigger a suspicious location. Investigate it to reveal a number of hands and other Halloween creatures. You must fight through them to reveal the NPC, Cashel who will give you:

Cashel: “I am no one, an innocent, the son of a merchant, falsely accused and punished by the king.”
Hero: “What happened?”
Cashel: “During the famine, some folks were thieving to feed their families. The king called for a roundup of anyone suspected of stealing.”
Hero: “Please Continue”
Cashel: “Not all were guilty, but he made examples of us – by cutting off both of our hands.”
Hero: “Thanks. I'll make a record of your story.”
