Prince Ewan Thorn's location in the Shaemoor Graveyard

It is time to leave Lion's Arch. Head to the Gate Hub Plaza and use the nearby gate to leave Lion's Arch and go to Divinity's Reach. Just look for the ramp with the Seraph Soldiers on it. Which is to the Northwest of the Hub's center.

Head through to reach the Palace at the center of Divinity's Reach. Leave the Palace and head to the South into Queensdale. Once there turn to the east and head through the Village of Shaemoor. On the far side you will find the Gravekeeper Dumpy standing outside the cemetery. He is very perplexed at present and a little nuts.

Head into the Graveyard itself and make for the back row, and then go to the North. You will find Prince Ewan Thorn waiting there. He can be revealed with a Gaseous Scan with the Meter. Talk with him to learn just what his little brother did to him:
Prince Ewan Thorn: "The Halloween energy is strong this year. It's good to return to this world and see what new havoc my little brother has wrought. They said he was treacherous, but I never believed them.”
Hero: “What did he do?”
Ewan: “He set me up, tricked me into the web of a giant spider, and once I was gone from the world, he became heir to the throne. All I wanted to do was protect him, and he took everything I held dear.”
Hero: “Thanks. I'll make a record of your story.”

He will give you Mad Memoires IV: Deadly Adventures, “In which Os and his elder brother, Ewie, get into a sticky situation. Only one returns.”
