Guild Wars 2 – Help Parnna's research into the ancient transfer chamber
“Recover gate pieces and defeat skritt who would stop Parnna from collecting data in the chamber”
Head to the Akk Wilds Waypoint and go to the Southeast. Just outside the cave there you will find COM-322r. Talk with the golem to learn more of what Parnna is after at this location:
COM-322r: “Would you care to converse with Parnna, my maker?”
Hero A) “Why not?”
Parnna A) “Ah, excellent! The sub-aetheric communication link is crystal clear. How you came to help with my research?”
Hero: “Sure. What do you need?”
Parnna: “The flithy rats keep pulling off my gate parts. Could you retrieve me? A bit of pest control wouldn't hurt, either ...”
Hero B) “What are you doing out here?”
COM-322r B) “My functions are binary: I collect fate parts and provide communications for Parnna, my marker.”
Hero: “Can I communicate with your maker?”
The easiest way to really make a lot of progress here is to deal with the nearby Skritt. Just focus on killing as many as possible. It will not take long to garner the kind of progress needed to clear the renown quest. If some of the skritt happen to have a gate piece you need to bring it back to COM-322r. He will award you some progress for your efforts.
If the event to open the gate has recently occurred then you can head through the gate itself into the ancient transfer chamber. There you can to explore around and collect all the data crystals you can. Once you have a good number bring them back to Parnna. You simply get credit for gathering up the crystals but not for turning them in at present.
When everything is complete here you will receive the letter, “Greetings” with 71 copper:
“Excellent work, 'Hero's Name'. I can't thank you enough for your assistance. Should you need to find me again, just look for my COM-322r golem. A helping hand is always appreciated! This message has been sent from my COM-322r - Parnna”
Return to COM-322r and you will receive a message from Parnna, but COM-322r will now be selling the following Karma items:
Asura Gate Harmonizing Crystal: 126 Karma
Accessory: +4 Precision, Lvl. 9
Trusty Pistol: 98 Karma
Pistol: Weapon Strength: 157 – 184, +7 Toughness, Lvl. 9
Force-Amplifying Impact Device: 98 Karma
Mace: Weapon Strength: 160 – 180, +7 Vitality, Lvl. 9
