Guild Wars 2 – Help the Atzintli and Zopatl Tribes Battle the Krait
“Assist the Atzinli by battle the krait, rescuing captive hylek, and repairing territory markers.”
Head along the coast to Atzintli. Talk with them to learn more of what is going on.
Atzintli: To the krait, we're nothing more than slaves not yet captured or killed. I've sworn to fight them to my last breath, but there are too few of us to keep up the fight. We need help if we're to survive.
Hero: What can I do to help?
Atzintli: Kill any krait you come across. Invade their camps and release my lost tribesmen, especially our young. Without them we are nothing. I don't want to think about what they may be enduring even now.
After that brief conversation it is time to get to work on the various tasks on hand. Look for broken post first. These are the territory markers that are in need of some repair. Simply interact with them to repair them. These are mostly found along the shore edge but there are a few slightly more inland.
Most of the remaining tasks are below the surface of the water nearby. Head into the bay and look for the krait settlement that is very close by. There you will find numerous Hylek knocked out that need to be revived. This is a good way to quickly build up progress. There is a chance that when they are revived there will be a burst of poison though.
Farther inside you will find numerous cages. These you need to destroy with your various attacks. It will likely draw some krait attention though so keep on guard. Just pound away on them and it will not take too long for them to be broken out.
When the tasks are complete you will receive the letter, “Greetings from Zopatl Grounds” with 75 copper.
“Down with the krait! So long as they live, times will be tough. That said, your deeds have ased the tribe's burned and given us hope for future sunrises. Thank you. - Atzintli”
Once you have completed the task Atzintli will offer the following:
Painted Battle Jar: 133 Karma
+5 Precision, Fine accessory, level: 10
Recipe: Atzintli's Spear: 77 Karma
