Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes Walkthrough Part 25 – Destination Metropolis, Part 2

Once you are inside the loading back in the back of the Jet, it is time for a little fight. A pilot hops into a hoverjet and starts moving around. Switch to Batman and use the Grappling Hook to yank off the grapple point on it. This will expose the pilot. Throw a Batarang at him to stop him dead and cause the helicopter to crash into the left-hand wall. Take a moment to head over to the right-hand side of the room and smash up everything you can there. In there are some assembly pieces that will expose a collectible.

This has the advantage of exposing an X-Ray wall that Superman and see through to the puzzle underneath. Look to the top left first and interact with it once to get things started. Now look to the bottom left and interact with the wheel once to move the second piece into place. Move to the bottom right after that and interact with the piece there to move it into place. Move look into the top right and interact with the wheel there to finish out the puzzle.

With the puzzle completed, a Suit changer for Batman is exposed: the Electricity Suit. Have him get into it and head to the other side of the X-Ray wall. Have Batman draw the power out of the socket there and head over to the back right corner of the room. There is another socket there for you to put the power into. This will lower the platform in the back of the room. Have Batman get on it to be raised up to the back part of the first area.

Now, wait for Superman to join you up top. The door you are in front of needs both of the heroes to open. Have one grab the handle to the left of the door and the other grab the right-hand handle. It will raise the door and expose a Gold Paneled Wall. Time for some work by Superman. Also, you want Batman to go over to the left-hand side of this platform and destroy the box with the Kryptonite in it. If only to be thorough and remove some of the power in this ship.

As Superman, cut out of the shape in the Gold Block Wall. Once that is done, change to Batman. The next room is filled with Kryptonite Radiation. Only Batman can safely enter. On the far side of the room you will find a henchman to deal with. Once he is dealt with, look along the left and right-hand side walls. You will find 4 sets of shutters lowered, secured by locks. Smash the locks to open the shutters and find the assembly pieces needed to clear out the radiation.

With that dealt with Superman will enter the room. Switch to him and head him pull on the golden handle on the door in the back of the room. That will cause the door to open and reveal the next room. Remember that Superman cannot get close to any the Kryptonite that is scattered throughout the room.

In this room, immediately take out the two henchmen in the flying machines. They do a lot of damage plus they are annoying. You also, incidentally need their machines. These can fire off rockets that will home in the nearest silver blocks. Head for the back left and right of the room. Blast open the containers there to reveal assembly pieces. Each set of these will stop up one of the tubes that the henchmen have been coming through. Once that is done, it is a lot easier to explore the area. Take some time to now destroy the silver containers along the center of the room. These will give you assembly pieces to finish the cranes that are off to the left and right of the center. Have Superman pull on the 2 Gold Handles at the bottom to activate the cranes which will reveal a missile with a golden fuse. Have Superman “light” it with his heat vision to clear the path forward.
