Oreburgh Gate to Jubilife City

Having beaten Roark, head out of the Gym. Take a moment and visit the Pokemon Center to heal up your battle-worn Pokemon. Head to the left of the Center, back toward Oreburgh Gateway. Your rival will slam into you once you ascend the stairs. He mentions that Route 207 cannot be crossed without a Bicycle and that Eterna City is the next stop in terms of Gym Badges. He will also mention that he has toughened up his Pokemon and then dash off into the cave.

With everything done in town, for now, it is clear time to start making for Eterna City. Make sure at least one Pokemon on your team has Rock Smash, as this move is now enabled, since you have your first badge.

Head into the cave yourself. You can just cruise right through or take some time to explore.

Straight on to the Next Part:
Just keep going left and out to Jubilife City via Route 203. If you hang high coming out from the cave and keep going straight, you will see some stairs and at the bottom of them, an item ball containing a Repel. After that, head down and to the left again. Once you make it back into Jubilife City, you will encounter Looker, who explains the uses of the Pal Pad, letting you play with Pokemon players from around the world. He pronounces Jubilife City clear of shady dealings and makes elsewhere to continue his investigation and warns you to keep your guard up for shady grown-ups.

Before you head to the next part, take a moment to visit the Pokemon Center to heal up your party and also to visit the Poketch Company, in the Top Left part of Jubilife City to get a new app for your Poketch, the Memo Pad, from the President of the company. After that, feel free to head for Route 204, to the north of Jubilife City, toward Floaroma and Eterna.
