Tales of Graces F Walkthrough Part 8 – North Barona Road, Barona

North Barona Road
(All the chest from your childhood have been restocked)
Approach the Save Point and you will trigger a cutscene. Malik will give you a World Map (Which is accessible through R3). Head down the road then turn toward the tree to find a chest with 2 cuts of Pork. TO the left you will find a Turtlez Merchant in case you need to make some more healing items or need to recharge the Eleth Mixer. Now head southwest to make the Discovery “Tea Fields” and get 2 tea leaves and the skit: “That Certain Something”.

Now continue down the road. As it rounds the second corner, keep an eye on the left-hand side of the road for a Sparkling Point with the Magic Carta #2, “Rutee's Carta”. Just head on down the road after that. The road will shortly come to a small split. One part is dirt while the other leads to grass. Head down the Grass path to potentially find another Sparkling Point and collect a goody or two as well as find a chest at the end of it it. Inside the chest is 2 bundles of pasta. As you head along to the point that the Prince showed you. Asbel and Malik will take a break. After the cutscene, a skit will be available there, “Out of the Clouds”.

Head down the hill and head into the Roadside Cottage to the left. Open the chest inside to receive 3 Pie Sheets. Now continue to the south. Turn to the right and open the  chest that is shaded by the tree to find 2 Apple Gels. Head to the south and take the next western turn to you can to find the final chest on the way to Barona. There you will find 360 gald in a chest. Just head a little south to find Barona itself.

Barona
*Take some time and shop with the various vendors here to get a stamp case. When you acquire Rank 9 here you will be able to buy the Regal Bryant Carta Card. Your rank is shown in the Top Right of the Stamp Card. Worry about it over the course of the game.

Time to head for Tactics. Head down the road. Turn to the right and you will find a stall. Interact with it to make the Discovery “Ice Pops”. This also opens the skit, “The Win Stick”. Now, head to the west, keeping to the same direction and going up the stairs. You will return to the Large Green Statue “Gloandi”. As you enter the area, head to the right. You will find a prompt to open a chest that is out of sight. Do so to get Magic Carta #30.

Now head back down the stairs and to the east. You want to enter the Residence beyond the Ice Pops stand. Loot the cabinets (again) for 2 Pie sheets in the close one and 2 Eggs in the far cabinet. Talk with the woman inside to get 3 more Pie Sheets. Now head out and to the east. You will find a Whiny Cat that wants some fish. If you have some, give them to it to make it happy.

Now head south to enter the Lower City. Head south then turn west when you can. You will find a Middle-Aged Man sitting on a bench nearby a Sparkling Spot. The Sparkling Spot has 1 Night Lily Seed. Talk with the Middle-Aged Man. Now continue to the West and head down to the port area. Continue to the left to find a chest with 3 more Pie Sheets. Now head back to the Lower City.

Head to the right and into the Inn there. Head over to the Save Point inside the inn for the skit, “Final Exam”. Now head upstairs and chest the closets in both rooms. The one on the left has 3 Dried Seaweed and on the room on the right has Best Princess Stories. Be sure, if nothing else to grab Brest Princess Stories as it is a Key Item. That is everything inside the inn. Head back outside.

Head on to the right over toward the Knight Academy. Look to the left of the Entracne to find a bust of the Former Academy master and make the discovery “Headmaster's Bust”. Now head inside the Academy. You will spot a pair of students talking. Talk with the one of the left to get another Rice Ball. Now head over to the left and into the western room. There you will find Victoria and a locked treasure chest. TO get into the chest you need a password related to this location. In this case the password is “treasure”. Punch that in to get an Elixir. Head a little to the right of it to find a travel chest with an Ice Pop inside it. Now it is time to head for the Pub Tactics.

Head outside and to the left. Take the stairs up to the first landing then start going up and to the right. You will find the door to the bar. Before you enter the bar Tactics, Head to the right of it and around the corner. There you will find a chest with a Moji-kun Plushie inside it. Now head inside.

Tactics
A cutscene runs inside the bar. After it head to the bottom right corner of the room to find a Sparkling Spot. It has Royal Knight Documents. Collect them and head on outside. Time to return to the Academy so down the stairs and all the way to the right. When you get there a cutscene runs and you reunite with Cheria. You will receive a “Letter from Mom” and your party will change to include Cheria (who will fight now) instead of Malik.

Head back into the Upper Castle District and return to the Gloandi. There, talk with the Knight to receive an Exceed Shard. Accept his offer to hear about them to learn that they increase the Character's CC when dualized into equipment. Now head back to the Lower City District and to the port to the west. Get over to the ship in the western part of the pier and take it back to Lhant.
