Bladehenge
Now that you are on solid, non-collapsing ground, Ophelia will give you a map, telling you to head to Bladehenge. This is a relatively short drive, just head off the bridge and head to the right. This is cheesy but true, go toward the light shining down from the heavens.

The game will tell you how to call up your map (get used to it, this is your new best friend) and explain the Light of the Rock Gods. This Light shines down on your selected destination. Right now, it lights up Bladehenge.

Once there, you will meet Lita and Lars. Here, you learn a little about the prophecies around Ormagoden. Eddie fingers Lars as the leader and begins the process of building the army. The first to be rescued, the men, then the women.

Once all this is said and done, you regain control outside of Bladehenge. Directly in front of you is a Tab Slab. There are 5 others like it scattered throughout the land. This one gives you the ability to summon the deuce directly to you. This is the probably the one solo you will use the most, second only to relic raising. The light of the Rock Gods shines on the mines where Lars is waiting for you to the North West. Drive on Eddie, Drive on.

The Metal Forge and other Relics
En route, Eddie will likely make a comment on some flowers that are wanting him to raise something. Poke around a little and this will unveil a Motor Forge. This is where with Fire Tributes, earned by appeasing the Gods of Metal, you will be able to upgrade the Deuce, change your Axe or Clementine’s abilities and a number of other things. Just for going there, you get one of the best upgrades, the Mouth of Metal. Really it is just a radio, but it is very simple to work and considering it adds a lot more music to the game, worth it (Note: If you have the Love Giver strings, this is your first chance to get them). Further exploration will reveal the Lightning Plug Jumps and the Bound Dragons, but more on them later.

Once there, you have a quick scene between Eddie and Lars and you can choose to start the Revolution then and there, or wait a bit (and explore some more). Eddie will learn his third solo now, Battle Cry, when you start the Revolution (this part will give you ample opportunity to practice it too).

The Revolution:
Battle Cry is key to this part as it will draw the Head Bangers to you, forming Iron Heade (your band). When you have friendly units nearby you can play Battle Cry to buff them. Head down into the Mine a bit and bust out the Battle Cry Solo. This will trigger a longer scene, ending with a Bouncer (big guy with ridiculous-sized fists) emerging. The squad of Head Bangers will immediately charge at the Bouncer, go head the guys out by hacking or rocking the Bouncer to death. This will now launch a little tutorial in controlling your squad. It’s pretty simple, just listen to what Eddie says and the onscreen instructions. When done, the camera will center on the barricade blocking the way to the rest of the Mine. Tell your squad to destroy it to gain access to the next part of the mission.

Play Battle Cry every so often to recruit more Head Bangers to you. You cannot get them all now, but soon enough. Keeping going down, when you reach the bottom, Hair Bangers will attack you, kill them. The Head Bouncer will now order his men to destroy the supports to the Gyre (the thing the Head Bangers are on, with the spinning effigies of Lionwhyte on them). Use your Squad Commands to defend them all and Battle Cry to lay waste to your enemies.
This will also help familiarize you with the notification system the game has for your units. When one strut, in this case, is taking damage, it will show its image and give you the direction to go. You will need to defend them all multiple times, culminating with an all out attack. Once all of the struts are secured, there will be a cut scene with the Head Bouncer and Eddie. Time for the first Boss Battle

The Head Bouncer:
He will block and taking some good swings at you. When he slams his fist into the ground though, you will likely notice that the carts above you will drop their contents. You want to lure him over to the striped areas and use Earth Shaker to rain the coals down on him. After a few, he’s done for.

No Head Banger Left Behind
Before he dies the Head Bouncer calls for a “Code Red”, which means destroy the supports, dropping the gyre into the molten metal with all the Head Bangers on it. When you regain control you will quickly see the Head Bouncer’s headset. This is the perfect opportunity for the Battle Cry solo, trust me, just play it now, don’t move, just play it. After that, mop up the Bouncers with the Head Bangers and you’re done with this chapter!

Emerging into the Sun
After this, you unlock the Iron Heade Ambush secondary missions, the racing against Fletus and the Overslaughter Missions. I would recommend getting started on the Overslaughter missions as soon as possible as they can be completed at any time and always involve slaughtering a good number of critters. Both the Racings and the Hunting missions have some very awesome rewards so having them move with you as you progress through the game is a nice bonus. I would recommend waiting on the racing a little though to get some upgrades unless you can use the nitro boost perfectly.
