This memory starts as soon as you enter into Sofia's bookstore. Inside, go over to the body of Yusuf to find a note for Ezio. After the cutscene you will be conflict very quickly. Use a kill streak to quickly take care of the Full Synch requirement. You can walk through the Arsenal and just slaughter everyone easily as you have infinite Assassin Signals for this memory. This is a good time to finish off some of the Assassin's challenges involving arrow storms and using Assassins in a story memory. Just head forward.
